FROM THEORY TO PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS

I firmly believe that AML requirements are often unnecessarily overcomplicated.

My goal is to simplify these processes - first, by explaining the rationale behind the requirements, and second, by helping to build appropriate implementation solutions.

I wish everyone understands how closely all AML/CFT components are interconnect - whether it is a national risk assessment, transaction monitoring by an obliged entity, beneficial ownership data from the Registry, FIU intelligence received from abroad, or ongoing police investigations.

Once we realize that every single step we take today is just a piece of a larger puzzle, the work becomes meaningful and engaging, much like assembling a puzzle to reveal the big picture. Every obliged entity and the responsible competent public authority must contribute its piece to this AML/CFT/TFS mosaic.
